OVERTHINKING

Rushing Women Syndrome

Mental Health is all over the news these days, angst is in every person---different, yet the same.

It is those inner darker feelings and thoughts that tend to immobilize us:

criticize, sabotage or shame us.


During this time together we can

level up …and

become more light-filled

from the inside-out.

Mind-body practices that:

  • slow us down into the present moment,

  • calm the mind from overthinking,

  • ease emotional angst that keeps us bound to the past,

  • physical body movement so we feel we have a leg to stand on.



In this safe space we will embark into a journey of practices that we can use:

  • immediately,

  • consistently,

  • on a daily basis to shift our perspectives for change and transformation.

We will consider:

What are my daily motivations?

How might I think less, feel more?

Listen to understand another...myself?


Included will be a brief overview of seasonal changes and how they affect our well-being, and the power of affirmations

used in a way that connects our head and heart, rather than resistance as we compare ourselves as being inadequate and not enough.

Practices may include simple body postures for grounding, vocalization, meditation and breathing variations, and other supportive activities to:

SHIFT us from DEFAULT to CHOICE


There will never be enough time…
