Spiritual health and well-being require a balance between activity and introspection.  Healing tools may include meditation, imagery, breathing, journaling, prayer, study, reflection, and other supportive activities.  To be open and receptive to the healing stream of life through mental clarity, releasing error thoughts and outer world illusions. We make hundreds of choices over the course of an average day, and every choice no matter how minor can be an expression of the richness of who we really are, and who we are meant to be.

Our healing journey requires us to go deeper —- into our soul and its shadow aspects, in order to bring them to the light.

That is the work. That is our journey.
