Each class focuses on one chakra; how acting from the power from our many gifts of grace is more natural to who we really are than acting from our shadow self. Includes behaviors managed by the ego’s logic and reasoning with its suffering and illusion, and the part of our psyche where mystical thinking and physical laws of science come together as gifts of grace are revealed to us.
Experiential portions will include meditation and grounding postures combined with tones.
