Autumn’s Magic ~ Time to review
SO let us review the past 12 months briefly, and I would appreciate and welcome your thoughts on what areas of self-first and inner-world coping strategies you would like to go deeper into, including daily self-care rituals.

OCTOBER 2021 GAIN ALTITUDE: Bring Light to Dark Corners

NOVEMBER 2021 PREPARING OUR ‘winter stores’
This was the time to set beaver traps before the swamps froze, to ensure a supply of warm winter furs. And so we become hungry with inner longing, yearning to be filled up, stocked up, FULL…of what? This is when we become a seeker of light, filling up our ‘’stores’’ taking a pilgrimage to our dark corners and rekindling the smoldering embers of light that have become diminished and faded.
DECEMBER 2021 THE LONGEST DARKNESS, ‘tis the season of good tidings and joy’
A deeply spiritual time as the themes of re-emergence (the returning light), new beginnings and when everything seems wonderfully possible. Learn to love the discipline of self-care, self-first— the practice of being still and quieting the mind and move with your inner rhythm and muse.
