OUR Outer world is a reflection of our Inner world.

AS we are venturing through our days 24 hours at a time, what patterns and behaviors are we putting forth?

Are we explorers? Are we wanderers? Are we meandering amidst vagueness and default OR focused on a treasure to know something more deeply?

To live more deeply?

To savor and bask in the deliciousness and pulsating vibrant aliveness, by dropping an anchor to KNOW a discipline, practice, or Truth?


Can you tell when you are LOSING POWER? Your power? Your Life Force?

DO you notice when the wounding that you have woven into your life story — of excuses, justifying and defending —- why and how you are:

weak versus strong fragile versus vibrant

KEY QUESTION: Why do we do this to ourself?

We all have 20-30 addictions or cravings in our life every day: being right, being first, being best, needing approval, needing compliments, being needy

We all have CRAVINGS >>> Cravings are self-wounding

FIRST STEP IS TO DECIDE WHY WE ARE ANCHORED THERE??? In the wound —- living as a victim, or feeling sabotaged, or from any of the hundreds of the universal archetype

“patterns-of-behavior’’ WE CANNOT live centered or grounded OR have our happily ever after.


#1 KEY INDICATOR: How am I feeling? Anything other than OK, content, satisfied or relief means there’s a different choice to make—-to change.

Your mind, your clothes, pet your cat, watch the clouds or birds, take a shower.


WHAT ARE YOU GIVING YOUR WEIGHT TO? It’s a LAW OF SCIENCE.

It’s a LAW to relearn, refocus and live differently each moment throughout the day.

Anxiety and panic attacks are a RUSH OF HORMONES: Fight = defend against Flight = deflect Freeze= denial, stuck

WITHOUT THE PAST and WITHOUT ANTICIPATION of FUTURE —- Still Quiet. Pause. BREATHE. Quality of breath = Quality of life.

WAIT NO LONGER. BE YOUR CHANGE. ANGUISH…SUFFERING(anxiety) is not required; although it feels ‘RISKY’ since CHANGE is new territory.

WHAT SIZE IS YOUR WORLD? YOUR THOUGHT FORMS? YOUR REALITY? When is the last time you tried ANYTHING new? Outfit? Hair cut? Recipe?
