Summer is ending and October 31st

WINTER IS UPON US.

Daylight is on the run and Darkness is on its heels!







SAD: Seasonal Affective Disorder merely WEEKS AWAY.



WHAT TO DO???  



Something different. Something new.  SOMETHING ?#*^!




Self-Care and nurturing and soothing and finding relief IS NOT EASY >>> But you don’t have to do it on your own. You only have to SHOW UP. 

There are many options...YET IT TAKES WEEKS, sometimes  MONTHS FOR A NEW HABIT TO TAKE HOLD,  for change to stick.  And there one can go around again, and again,  living out the same old life – same old story looping in live-action daily.  Why can’t the past be the past,  stay in the past, and get into TODAY.  That will create a new and different tomorrow.  When we continue looking out for that ‘pain’ to return,  it will.  Same ole same ole. 


OVERBURDENED OVERWHELMED PUT UPON STRESSED ANXIOUS DEPRESSED ANGRY CONFUSED OVERTHINKING

CHRONIC PAIN WEARY SEETHING OFFENDED RESENTFUL FRUSTRATED DISCOURAGED NUMB DISCONNECTED

UNFEELING RIGID LET-DOWN BITTER PESSIMISTIC MELANCHOLY GUILT TRAPPED OVER-LOOKED SELF-PUNISHING

UNWORTHY DESPONDENT REJECTED USED SARCASTIC ANNOYED CYNICAL INADEQUATE IMMOBILIZED DESERTED


TOGETHER:  LET’s SNAP OUT OF IT!

  • Taking care of SELF is going WITHIN to that quiet and still place.                     

  • A place where inner whisperings are only interested in your well-being and wholeness and balance and good-feeling place. 

  • That relief-filled place. 

  • That place where hope and possibility and a feeling-good-life live. 

  • We can’t have a happy ending to an unhappy journey.   


WITHOUT  Intention,  Focus and Consistency there is no result;  at least not the result one wants.

There is no cure.  There is no pill.  There is no try it a couple times and all will be fixed.

PRACTICE.  PRACTICE is what it is called.  PRACTICE is what we must follow through on. 

There are many practices SEEKING US that offer the result and outcome that we are wanting.

All we MUST do it:  Just Do It.  Follow through and keep doing it. 

  • Most don’t really have a clue what to do,  how to do it, and have not considered the consequences in the long term….6 months,  6 years, 16 years.    That’s why there are classes,  coaches,  therapists, spiritual and light-workers, way-showers.  Individual, small group,  large group…weekly, daily, bi-weekly, monthly.


  • We are all WORTHY and DESERVING to feel good.   To feel satisfied and content. It is not required that so often we tend to feel like we are living dangerously on-the-edge.


  • What are you waiting for?   WHY?????


  • Finding, experiencing relief can leave as quickly as it came.  TODAY can be the best day of your life:   SELF-FIRST.  Take a new step forward for YOU!


  • Care for Yourself like you already do for that child in your life,  or your parent,  your elder relative, neighbor, your pet.
