SO many seeds to plant in spring…in our hearts, in our minds, in our body, in our spirit and our energetic life force.

Small steps, not big ones to cross over expansive chasms. One at a time. One choice at a time.

A DIFFERENT CHOICE THIS TIME.

Sunlight is expanding each day, and so can we.

Begin again. Resurrect again. As we do every day…after every time we feel crucified for not being enough… OR, being too much.

If we can fill ourselves up with enough of OUR GOOD STUFF, there won’t be room left for the _ _ _ _.

Simple yes. Easy? Not so much.
